These are the base items for meals that can increase your health and lifespan. You do want to live a healthy live forrver, right? There's so much to do in this world when you're healthy. You're healthy now and you want to live until tomorrow, right? So if you're healthy, how can you think there will come a day when you say nah I'm done here?

So is crypto a real thing or a scam? Here we know its real. Anti aging and rejuvenation is a thing too. Do your own research. You're smart and getting smarter every day. The world needs your talents. Stay here with us.

Step one, eat well. Eat a little less than you do and you'll live longer.. Eat a little better than you do and you'll live longer.

Beans are good and cheap. You can eat healthy with them and you can stock up on cans so you have food in future shortages. Broccoli sprouts and cabbage contain sulforaphane which is in the news as making colds and covid less severe. Cook the cabbage but eat the sprouts raw. Yiu will live longer and be healthier!
