I have one of these prorein bars almost every day. They are organic, plant based and peanut butter chocolate flavor. They are made by Garden of Life. I love the flavor and I think they are healthy. Better than eating a candy bar I'm sure!
My activity on thi hot winter day was a night time walk and lifting my dumbbells. It was 83 degrees Fahrenheit today! It's still pretty warm outside. crazy weather on a crazy day as you know if you have been watching or reading the news from Ukraine. I contine to hope and pray for peace.
