Sometimes it’s possible to get over 10,000 steps without even realizing it. Do you suppose they are equal to 10,000 intentional workout steps?
Anyway, today was a work day punctuated by dinner out on the deck with my husband, daughters, and one of my daughters’ boyfriends. I had fun planning a meal, setting out appetizers, and grilling a small feast of chicken, avocados, peppers, asparagus, and tossing together a big Caesar salad. (We are big on vegetables in my house!)
