Another hectic day and I'm loving being so busy. It helps with keep myself focused as there's so much to do.
I also have a few things that are keeping me worried but that's a problem for tomorrow right now I'm busy building a business that will keep occupied for the next few years or so.
I had my dinner late because I had my lunch late. I'm trying to follow what my doctor told me. What I need to do is not eat frequent meals but give enough gap between meals so that my blood sugar goes down and then I can have my food.
I know there was a time when Doctors asked us to eat frequent small portions but now they ask us to let the body use all the energy before we replenish it.
I had my dinner just now and I'll be going to bed only after two hours iso that I don't wake up with a spike in my blood sugar.
I realised this early on that when we sleep our metabolism slows down and blood sugar stays the same as before I went to bed. They have a medical term for that which I don't remember.
So, the trick is to eat, wait and let the body digest and store all the energy it can and then go to sleep.
Too much diabetic talk, lol. I'll let you guys go and read other interesting posts.
See y'all tomorrow!
