I was fasting again today and it was a perfectly easy fast.
I stayed at the nursery and took care of stuff.
I'm making plans for my next outlet and let's see how it goes.
In the evening I got some snacks and went home. My niece and nephew were home playing and we all ate the snacks.
I'm yet to decide if I will fast tomorrow or not but mostly I won't.

How often do you do fasting? They said it's healthy to do.
Not too often. I used to fast once a year as part of my Muslim faith but since the few years I wasn't able to do that. So, I thought of fasting once every few days and it is helping.
