Hello, again. Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic time. I am having the same, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 18th of August 2022. It was Thursday.

On Thursday, the patient’s load was comparatively less. I consulted a little over 20 patients. During the visa medical check-up, a little over 30 people came for the visa medical check-up.

Mr M and Mrs W1 are married for several years. They are living in O country. They have farms and small businesses in O country. Recently Mr M has married W2 and moved to D country and living there happily (!). That means, Mr M has two wives; W1 in O country and W2 in D country.

Mr B is a worker, in the house of Mrs W1, from a foreign land and working on the farms and looking after the small business in O country. As Mr M is away, Mrs W1 was searching for someone to meet her physical needs. Mr B helped her happily (!).

Yesterday Mr B came to me to get some medicines to expulse the product growing in Mrs W1's womb as a result of their happy moments.

Who is to blame for this declined morality?
Everyone in this story (W2 may or may not have a direct part) and the system we are living through.
