Hi, there! How are you all? Hopefully, all are fine. I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 19th of March, 2022.

In the evening shift, I was more busy than the morning shift. While in the morning time I consulted 9 patients, in the evening shift I had 30 patients! Another 29 people came for the visa medical tests. I examined majority of them.

No walk on the treadmill. But, walk and a bit running in the clinic helped me getting 10k plus steps.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
