Assalamu Alaikum! Greetings from Oman! How are you? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic time. I am fine as well, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on 14th of March, 2022.

On the 14th of March, I had an easy duty in my chamber. I consulted on 17 patients in my chamber. Alhamdulillah, none of them were emerging cases.

Yesterday, I didn't walk on the treadmill. However, I got 10k plus steps. Besides my routine walk, I walked inside of a hypermarket. We went there after office duty.

In the previous 24 hours, there were only 168 confirmed COVID19 cases in Oman without any death. Pretty good, Alhamdulillah.
