My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2022

Dear friends

Proper nutrition is one of the keys to maintain good health, choosing the right nutrients we consume is very necessary. Choosing a balanced diet, following the recommendations given by nutrition specialists, will help us achieve our goals.

Complemented with an optimal nutrition, practicing daily recreational activities and exercises, which free us from stress and provide us with greater physical resistance, will lead us to have a happier life and in harmony, both with ourselves and with the other people who are part of our environment.

In my city the care of proper nutrition also has a place assigned, so today when I visited one of the malls, I was struck by the offer of a store of natural products, gluten free, here I put some pictures of the store.

La correcta alimentación es una de las claves para mantener una buena salud, elegir adecuadamente los nutrientes que consumimos se hace muy necesario. Elegir una dieta balanceada, siguiendo las recomendaciones dadas por especialistas en nutrición, nos ayudarán a lograr nuestras metas.

Complementado con una nutrición óptima, practicar diariamente actividades recreativas y ejercicios, que nos liberen del estrés y nos aporten mayor resistencia física, nos llevara a tener una vida más feliz y en armonía, tanto con nosotros mismos como con las demás personas que formen parte de nuestro entorno.

En mi ciudad el cuidado de una adecuada nutrición tiene también un lugar asignado, así hoy cuando visite uno de los centros comerciales, me llamo la atención, la oferta de una tienda de productos naturales, libres de gluten, aquí les coloco unas fotografías de la tienda.
