3/4/22 Workout

Yesterday was perfect! I woke up today feeling stronger than ever. Integration of Qi Gong, resistance bands, animal walks, and rings seem to be the perfect balance for me!

15 Minute Yi Jin Jing Qi Gong this morning

Workout Begins

Shoulder Warmup with Bands
-External Rotation
-45 Degree Lateral Raise
-Circles then in outs for Up, Side, and Down

Assisted Pistol Squats
5 Left Leg
5 Right Leg

Push-ups
5 Left
5 Right

One arm Ring Rows
10 Left
10 Right

Scapula Raises
10

Chin-ups
7

Triceps Extension
11 Left
11 Right

Push-ups
4 Left
4 Right

Pistol squats
5
5

One arm Ring Rows
8 Left
8 Right

Ring Chin-ups
6

Triceps Extension
10 Left
10 Right

Ab Raises
8

Tricep Dips
8
