Yesterday was epic! After 30 minutes of some incredible qigong, I hit up the park and brought my rings. This was the first time using them in about 4 months.
Grateful to say I’m feeling great today with no pain or sense of my old injuries. So sure it’s the qigong that’s helped my fascia and muscles release.
