I managed to gather a bit over 5k steps today.
I covered twwo hospitals and that made me move a lot.
I covered a clinic from 11am to 4 pm and then went on to cover another clinic from 5pm till 8pm.
I had a very interesting case of a man who left his wound untreated and now the leg is smelling.
When I saw the leg, I quickly referred him to a tertiary facility as he was going to have his legs amputated.
That was all for today..
