I made most of my work around home yesterday, so today I took a little bit easier rhythm.
I am still pondering my daily timetable and calculating how effective it is. I think I need to add more variations because I am not managing everything properly.
A problem with the timetable is that it is time-consuming to make one. It definitely helps but it can be very obnoxious to keep going.
I set up Fitbit app notifications so I have reminders in case I want to complete an item from a timetable or just use that time frame to rest.
Two-thirds of a month are behind me and everything is going well. I am also very satisfied with our fitness and yoga progress.
I changed some recipes for our food, and better management for water intake. I have no idea how I don't get that I am running low on liquids. And I am not the only one. So unless I am actively perspirating out on the sun, I simply have no reflex of thrist. Anyways I manage my liquids to the limit and I am quite satisfied with that.
