I had a long day yesterday, but I regret nothing. Maybe waking up shredded but that comes with the territory. I look better so it is acceptable.
Morning walk
This was short. In fact, I was too sleepy to sprint around, so I didn't bother much with this.
Market
I bought something in the local grocery shop and instantly regret it. The shopping assistant sold me an expired smoothie. She even removed a discount that was intended for old products before expiring and charged me the full price saying that's not a price.
Stuff that comes to my mind
Are people just randomly insane or it is caused by something specific? Because I saw many individuals lately behaving more than weirdly.
Samhain / astronomy/ occult
I think this is going to be one long dark winter, so I will need a few hobbies - eating and sleeping sound like a good idea, lol.
I am kind of lost with this new astronomy reordering, but I guess who fucking cares.
Samhain's theme will be ... branches. And nothing else. Simple and down to the point. I love it.
Self-improvement
I found these ideas on a Pinterest poster
- read every day - I do
- write your ideas - sure
- get out of your comfort zone - I'm out of it my entire life
- exercise regularly - with all stuff to do and house chores I can't skip it
- stick to a routine - that is the only thing I have
- remove distractions - this is an impossible task
- meditate - when? lol
- practice gratitude - I already practice it, in real life
- keep a journal - I prefer a handbook, sounds more like me
The entire thing is totally fake. You will not become better or live better by doing this, it will only give you a feeling that you are doing something and give you more things to do.
Photography
I found out that I have a detailed selfie modification on my camera, and it works wonders when I use it. Finally, I look like something alive and not like roadkill.
The maintenance skin products
I don't call them beauty products, because it is not their purpose. I have something for that, and I am not really fond to use it. So, I am just talking about normal skin products for cleaning and hydration. Especially when I am turning into something extra dry from a desert, for no apparent reason.
They say that you have to exfoliate, which I did but I think I will need to do it with sandpaper next time.
Anyways I made a cover image with these products, I don't really buy expensive ones unless I am making it myself. I made a special oil mixture for skin regeneration. This is the most expensive thing, and it costs $25 just to buy all the things to make it. It is completely natural. And it works.
I cleaned up with the Micellar Hyaluronic Aloe Water and normal tissues and calmed down the nonexistent redness with reducer primer and eye roll on for black circles which actually can't be removed with anything.
Ok, so these things can be used every day.
I also bought night aloe jelly cream and it is recommended to use it twice a week, which is perfect. I don't like plastering myself every day with some slime made of snail snot or whatever.
I also use self-tanning cream occasionally, so that I don't look like Casper. My face is much lighter than for example my skin on the neck and shoulders, so this kind of neutralizes that difference.
Trakt Movie Collection
We watched a few movies, but they all sucked. It seems I have no clue how to find a good movie.
Fitbit activity
My activity was ok again, I slept just fine so besides a rocky comeback to reality, I have nothing new to report.
