Today's picture is of me making a simple tackle at hockey. The scary bit about this is that the picture was taken 15 years ago. I had far less grey hair back then!
Saturday was hockey day for me as always and this week I was playing for our second team for a change. Admittedly not because of my recent performances but because our second team was short of regular players this week.
The game was away in the local town of Corsham and was always going to be very tough as they are leading our division, they have won every game so far this season. Long story short, we lost 0 - 5 although I found it a very enjoyable game.
In the evening we went to a friend's house in Bath for a party and to discuss some arrangements for a short getaway next week.
It was on the way home I remembered that I hadn't posted my Friday actifit update. That's the first one I've missed in a long time but I guess it's bound to happen occasionally.
