Thursday.
Making my last minute proof of activity for yesterday.
It was a grey and gloomy day with plenty of rain. Still way better than the day before, though.
I took a nice and long walk into the forest to find some mushrooms to take some pictures and this is what I found. 100% authentic and unstaged, I found the scene like this:
Reminds me of how some days one can feel light as a feather, fluffy and soft... sadly, I haven't had one of those days in quite a while!
But this was at least a nice opportunity to try that macro converter I've ordered for my phone. All the cool kids in Indonesia use it to make some amazing looking macro shots for #FungiFriday in the Aceh forests, so I wanted to try and get on their level.
Pretty decent results for a smartphone lens converter. Look at that bokeh!
If you want to see some more of this day's mushroom pictures, head over to @snaepshots' latest #FungiFriday contribution and stay tuned for tomorrow, where I'll lift a little secret about that big red chunky mystery shroom over there.
Thanks for your time!
