Saturday.
This is yesterday's report card again.
More sunshine, more heat, and smoke-clouds gathering on the horizon.
I hadn't noticed what was happening until the afternoon arrived. I spent the earlier half of the day with the usual errands and some Pokemon hunting during the monthly community-day event. Zigzagoon was the mon of the day and its shiny variant is quite a nice one.
After the pokemon event was over and lunch was served I headed out to the lake again. At this point it was hard to miss, the forest somewhere outside the village is on fire!
The fire is way out, several kilometers from the village, it looked quite close at first, but even after reaching the lake it was still much further out, nobody's in danger, but it's still awful to think of the beautiful forest out there burning down.
