This is yesterday's report.
All out sunny weather and the temperatures are creeping up day by day.
I took some walks and did some shopping because today will be bank holiday.
In the afternoon I walked into the forest where an old friend resides. Lenny's been around ever since the first covid lockdowns.
As I walked up to him I was thinking to myself how I would tell you all about how exceptional it is for these self-adhesive eyes to remain sticking to an organic surface out in the weather fo so long... ba-dumm... one of his eyes went missing! It's a one-eyed Lockdown Lenny now.
In the evening while shopping for groceries I noticed a young guy with some curious pants ahead of me in the line.
Two big googly eyes on the back pockets of those baggy pants. That's funky!
Also, I have to acknowledge that I find it quite awesome that the kids these days are dressing like I would have in the nineties!
Upon leaving the store I cracked open a ginger ale and that's what happened:
Maybe the day was a gentle reminder I should do more #googlyeyes?!
