Tuesday.
Blue skies and sunshine all day. The temperatures are still very pleasant but apparently there's a heat wave coming towards the end of the week.
Today I took a walk out to the hidden lake in the forbidden forest. I haven't been here in quite a while.
I still remember the adventure it was to discover this beautiful place for the first time, unexpected and otherworldly, hidden in the forest, almost two years ago.
Now it's just that pretty lake in the forest.
It's still a very enjoyable place, but it's interesting how quickly we can get used and conditioned to something and how magical and exciting it is in contrast to discover something for the very first time.
