A young police officer is accused of killing an Australian TV star, Jesse Baird, and his partner, Luke Davies. The police started looking for them when they found things covered in blood in a trash can.
The suspect, Beaumont Lamarre-Condon, who used to date Baird, turned himself in to the police. The police haven't found the bodies or figured out how they died yet.
They think the couple was killed at Baird's home and then moved in a van. People heard fighting there, and the van was seen on a security camera. The police found the van later.
They also found clothes with blood, a phone, and credit cards in a trash can far from the house, and took some things from another house.
The police think the suspect went to a city far away after the crime.Although tips from people has been very useful ,he hasn't helped the investigation.

The police haven't said why they think he did it, but he and Baird broke up a while ago. He's in jail now and was denied bail. He was seen in court on Friday.
