A music producer claiming that he was sexually abused by Sean combs has sued him.
While Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones was assisting the rapper on his most recent record, he claims he was the target of unwanted advances and sexual advances.
This is the fifth lawsuit in which Mr. Combs is accused of sexual assault.
An attorney for Mr. Combs has dismissed the case and tagged it "pure fiction" in response to it being filed in a New York court.
The court papers say that the music maker stayed and went with Mr Combs for more than a year.according to His lawyers ,he was given drugs and abused while unconscious. He was in bed with two people who sell sex and Mr Combs". Jones also says in his case that the rapper was "getting him ready to give him to his friends" and "doing very bad things against the law". some pictures of parties at Combs' house was attached to the case. According to The court papers ,the pictures have young girls and people who are sex workers and who were given drugs.
The case also names other people who are involved, like Mr Combs' son, Justin, his main assistant, Kristina Khorram, the boss of Universal Music Group, Sir Lucian Grainge and the former boss of Motown Records, Ethiopia Habtemariam. The case says that Grainge, Habtemariam, Motown Records, Love Records and Universal Music Group "didn't watch, warn, or control" what Mr Combs, his son and his main assistant did. A person who speaks for Justin Combs told a website called TMZ that "they are not true" and that this was a "good example of a person who is very needy doing anything to get money".
