Romans 11:1-10 KJV
[1] I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. [2] God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, [3] Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. [4] But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. [5] Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. [6] And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. [7] What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded [8] (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. [9] And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them: [10] Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

There was once a boy that was rejected by the whole family because he was stubborn and because he belongs to a cult group. The boy left home in anger and vowed not to ever return home again. Two years after living his life roughly, he met with Christ at a crusade and he dedicated his life to Christ by joining a bible based church. He later got a job through one of the church members where he worships and today, he is an immigration officer and the pride of the family that once rejected him.

From the story above, we can learn that rejection from people is not the final and God will never forsake us. Also from our text, we can see that even though God was angry with the Israelites at various times because of their sins, the fact remains that He has chosen them as His own. The Israelites were chosen as a result of grace and not as a result of human effort.

As humans, when we face any difficulty most times, we feel that we are alone and become discourage. We need to know that God will not forsake us or leave us in whatever situation we might find ourselves because he has inscribed us in the palm of His hand and He is forever truthful to His word.

Have you been rejected by your family, friends or colleagues?
You don’t have to be worried because Jesus Christ loves you and died for you. God has the final say about you and their rejection is not final. Many that reject you will come back to congratulate you at your success, in Jesus’ Name.

You need to have a positive mindset to turn your rejection into an avenue to succeed. Jesus Christ was also once rejected. So, move from rejection to acceptance through faith in Jesus Christ.
I pray Jesus will be there for us even if people reject us. Amen

Thanks for Dropping By !
