I last spoke about having a cheat meal to keep our long term diets in check. Another way to support a healthy diet is to pick the right snacks to fill the void of hunger throughout the day.
As much as I like to drink large volumes of water, sometimes a little extra fuel is needed.
One of my favourite snacks is a mixture of seeds including flax, pumpkin and others. It might sound like bird food but it's healthy and filling. As always with any snack, smaller amounts go a long way and need to be consumed in moderation.
Snacking on healthy choices has helped me keep my weight down considerably.
