This happens because of how moisture is been trapped with underwear easily causing great harm. Basically healthy skin is one of the factors that is initiated and caused by exposing your skin to air during sleep. Because there will not be any form of rushes, irrigation and others skin disease which will not harm your skin.

In human body temperature lowers or goes down when we are resting most especially during sleep. This sometimes does not happen when wearing pyjamas and other clothing. As usual those clothing will prevent the heat that your body generates from escaping and preventing the body from it temperature loss to induce sleep.
