IMMUNE SUPPORT
1)Folate (B9) 3 mg by mouth daily
2)Magnesium 400 mg by mouth daily
3)Calcium Carbonate 400 mg by mouth daily
4)Cobalamin (B12) 3 mg by mouth daily
5)Pyridoxine (B6) 30 mg by mouth daily
6)Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) 50 mg by mouth twice daily
7)Ascorbic acid (C) 2000 mg by mouth daily
8)Zinc 10 mg by mouth daily, and

I was asked in another thread why I haven't been sick in years - looking at that list, I've been taking 8 of those supplements regularly, plus other amino acids and general minerals. Then again, the cold or flu are the least of my problems as I have a misnamed autoimmune condition, so most of the supplements are to keep all the scaffolding in place so that my body doesn't collapse in a heap.
Fear will also make you sick.
The one ingredient where you will need some level of self-awareness is DHEA, which is a hormone and is worth looking at any contraindications. If your own "doctor" will laugh at all these, you could ignore him or her, but then you really do need some level of awareness and self-monitoring. Having said that, all other suggested treatments beyond immune strengthening will require prescription drugs.
