Some good news for a change …
I have been diagnosed with “Frozen Shoulder” or Adhesive Capsulitis
After a series of very expensive X-rays and Ultra sounds a few weeks ago and a follow-up appointment with my Doctor I have learned that I do not have any serious damage to my shoulder.
I will not require surgery. Very Good News.
I hate surgery.
But I am still in considerable pain and cannot move my right arm very much. Ie: to the side, behind my back etc….
So I need to do some gentle exercises to heal myself.
That’s good. I can do exercise. I’m not a big fan of drugs either.
So these guys have sone pretty good videos on YouTube.
I’ll start these exercises today.
Ever have a Frozen Shoulder ?
I’m still not sure what caused this. Maybe I’m on my iPad too much ?

Thank you very much @tekraze and @techclub
My sister had it. It took a few months of exercise, but she got back to normal. Glad you don't need surgery after all.

Thank you very much
WD-40 works for me.
Maybe for robots it’s good.
To heal yourself from this frozen shoulder will take a huge amount of effort and dedication. I still consider that better than using meds or going for an operation.
Good thing is, if the exercise is yielding results, you will surely notice it. Good luck on this one.
So pleasing news sir!
I want to see you always healthy.
You're really the spirit of the platform.
Hope your pain will come to an end very soon!
A couple years ago, I was having some terrible back pain along with some hip pain. I found some videos on YouTube on how to strengthen my back and hip muscles. It didn’t take long for about 85% of the pain to go away and it eventually went to 100% if the pain gone away!
Maybe a little light exercise will help to stretch the stiff muscles. I also sometimes experience it, age factor and lack of activity can be one of the causes. Get well soon.
