Having an earache is like losing part of yourself. You feel dead even though you're alive and the painful sore in your ear will make you uncomfortable to the extent that you will feel as if you are losing your mind.
That's exactly how I'm feeling at the moment. The worst part of it is that this supposedly little sore in my ear is also making it hard for me to concentrate on other stuff. It's almost as if the soreness is affecting every part of me.
Hmmm... I can now attest to the fact that all parts of our body are interconnected in an insanely magical way.
This is the first time I'm having any sort of ear-related illness and I've been putting up with it for the last 2 days, but the pain seems to be getting worse by the day. My thought from the onset is that something like this will go away without any need for treatment, but at the moment, I'm beginning to think of visiting experts to get a diagnosis for whatever I'm facing.
I would have to start with some sort of self-treatment. Nothing serious though, just the normal dripping of warm water into the ear. I don't know if that will help, but I can never be too sure until I give it a try. I'm kinda Impatient at the moment, so I would be seeking medical attention if the soreness continues after the next 2 days or more or less.
I'm not sure about anything at the moment. I can only draw up some plans in my head about how to tackle this and assume that I'm right about the whole plan until I'm proven otherwise.
The discomfort though. I seriously don't wish this on anyone. Not even my self-acclaimed foes. Hehe.
I wish that I can say more about this. Stuff like the name of the illness, causes, preventive measures to take and possible ways to save yourself from it if you ever experience similar issue. But, as you already know, I can't do any of that at the moment. I don't even have the faintest idea of what I'm suffering from.
Yeah, it's that serious.

Oh no. Sorry about the ear pain. I'm sure it will go away soon enough. Tried pain med to help with the discomfort but I think you should talk to a pharmacist instead of dripping warm water into your ears. 😏
