Eat your greens and carry on as normal, 50% or people are asymptomatic with no symptoms, 24 % further people have mild symptoms and so on... If you are in contact with older loved ones, neighbours or those with an immune system deficiency then, of course, protect them, only mix with people you know to keep some sort of extended safety bubbles.
Sweden seems to be clear of the pandemic mainly and this is due to a herd-immunity that has evolved there, this is a clear example that we need to still go about and do our thing which most wanted to do anyway, if we contract it and are relatively healthy: we build an immune defence to it.
This is of course the logical answer, some will die but they do anyway flu many things including influenza (zoonotic originated or not), if we weaken ourselves, our immune systems will not build defences and so the second or third "waves" will make us very ill with serious complications.
We all need to keep in contact, even if afar, the governments message is that if we isolate the virus will just go away, No! viruses were about in a time before bacteria.
Sars-NcoV-2 has been officially added to the list of visiting respiratory system infections.
I believe I have had it at Christmas.
