There are always steps and do not take that lift as it will help you gain more if you just decide to walk.

Warming up takes no time. You can do it without moving your seat. You can just move your head, arms, legs and torso.

  1. Strengthening and stretching your toes

One good thing that you can do is streching and it is the best for your body especially if you have a stagnant job like sitting on a chair for longer hours.

  1. Meditation

We all need mental peace and what best way than to just close your eyes and relaxing while you focus on your breathing.

There are so many more things you can do while traveling. Make sure you stay hydrated and eat well.
