Nicole´s Bio
Nicole Lee teaches and mentors individuals in Qigong, Shen Gong, and Daoist Meditation, helping them develop life-nurturing practices. Qigong enhances the body's energy flow, while Shen Gong addresses the psyche's energy to resolve emotional experiences and symptoms of imbalance.
With training in both Modern and Classical Qigong styles, accreditations in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, and craniosacral therapy, and a Bachelor's Degree in Complementary Medicine, she is passionate about making these ancient healing arts accessible for modern lifestyles.
Throughout her journey as a Qigong teacher and mentor, Nicole has repeatedly seen these gentle practices profoundly transform lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
