Exercise regularly, but not before bed
Do exercise regularly. Get up early in the morning and go out for a walk or run. It helps your refresh your body and mind. To sleep better at night, go to the gym, do workout, yoga, meditation or whatever you like best. But don’t do exercise in the evening before going to bed.
