Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Nowadays we all know that our lifespan is decreasing. In earlier times, people used to live comfortably till about 80-90 years of age, but in today's time, people could hardly live till 60. I thought it important to share this topic with you all today because in the last 2 months, I have seen 8 death cases of people whose age was less than 30 years. Nowadays, the young generation easily meets death at a very young age and we or they are not even aware of it. But why so?
As far as I have seen, today's lifestyle has become very rubbish. From children to the young generation, everyone has become addicted to mobile. In earlier times, children used to play games involving physical activities outside the house, but nowadays, everyone from children to young people play video games on mobile or watch reels on Instagram.
Radiation of mobile is also very harmful for us but more than radiation, I think that due to the advent of mobile, physical activities have stopped and due to this the blood circulation in our body is not happening properly. Our muscles are not becoming that strong and the muscles at the myocardium level of our heart are also not becoming that strong. Decrease in mobilization is also very harmful for us.
Excessive fast food or junk food is harmful for health because it contains excessive amount of protein and fat which is responsible for everything from atherosclerosis to arteriosclerosis in the heart. Eating this kind of junk food also leads to obesity and creates a lot of hindrance in physical activity and this obesity becomes home to diseases. So it is highly responsible for blood pressure, thyroid and liver diseases.
In today's era of technology, children, young, old, man or woman, everyone is smoking. People are smoking everywhere in the city at intersections or in small shops. Smoking ruins our lungs. Lungs are like a saddle. Just like you are using your lungs to inhale smoke, it is exactly the same as using your lungs to inhale smoke. If the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide does not take place in the lungs, then many breathing difficulties start appearing in the body.
Due to smoking, the arteries of the heart become weak and thin. Smoking acts as a vasoconstrictor. Vasoconstrictor means dilating the vessels. So in this way, smoking narrows the vessels due to which blood does not reach the heart walls from the veins and hypoxia occurs in the heart walls and due to lack of blood to the heart muscles, there is lack of oxygen in the cells of those muscles. This happens and due to this there is pain in the chest which we call heart attack.
That's why I hold our lifestyle mostly responsible for heart attacks. We should focus on physical activity as much as possible and stay away from junk food and mobile addiction. Only we can take care of our body and we are responsible for it. So as much as possible, we should focus on healthy lifestyle and give up bad habits and adopt green lifestyle.
