Autumn and Winter are coming and we might not be able to enjoy the warmth of our friends and family during this era of distancing and restrictions. I won't be setting on a tropical holiday anytime soon and I find the days getting shorter once again. Colder and darker, I look at my wardrobe for some positive vibes and warmth.
Thinking out loud in these dark times, you might say we should wear a thinking hat. I am going to say that keeping our heads warm and away from the winter showers is important. This is where we turn to our trusty hats.
Headwear has been part of society for centuries and they have also served as garments to identify social status, faith and other groups. For me, hats are yet another way to express oneself and perhaps introduce some privacy too. Hiding bed hair, shield our eyes unless directly seen. Hats play a great role in an ensemble.
