When changing your diet adding more vegetables, or doing meals with vegetables can be hard at first, you may want to start with doing one meal or two once a week, once you get the hang of it you will be whipping up nutritious plant-based, vegetarian, vegan, wholefood meals really easy. To make this a vegan meal you can change the honey to either maple syrup, agave syrup. For a bigger meal, you could add legumes or grains like millet, buckwheat, lentils, quinoa just to name a few.
Strawberries were added when plating up, chopped up, you could add sesame seeds, hemp seeds, nuts for more of a punch.
For health reasons I change my eating habits, it was hard at first, my health has improved from cutting three meals with meat, dairy, a day, the added sugars, gluten, fried foods it's not easy but little by little it can be done, I still miss certain foods and have some relapses, but creating a few vegetable pack meals that are easy to make as your go to meal helps while you are still getting the hang of it.
Pumpkin - is really nice raw in thin strips
Onions - are packed full of antibacterial properties which can help when you have a cold/flu, sore throat, best eaten raw to get more effects.
Ginger - has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, morning sickness.

Nice one sounds like a tasty recipe but I would switch out the honey for maple syrup.
Thank you, I haven't tried maple syrup just yet, we ran out of agave so honey it was to sweeten it.
