Hey Blurt Sunshines
Welcome to day 10, being involved in crypto for eight years I'm still a novice as I don't know all the in's and out, basic, not very technical. I'm the type of person just make sure there's a usable site that works and I can use it easily, above that, I get lost. But there are some things I should know but made the most rookie mistake losing crypto from a simple mistake which could have been avoided.
Explaining crypto to people that don't know about crypto I explain it's not like a bank you can't get your money back if you make a mistake, you need to look after your passwords, as you won't be able to get back your money, there's no one to ask for support.
You need to concentrate watch for red flags, red alerts when filling out the trade forms, this time I didn't take my own advice, I just didn't see it, I thought I was concentrating taking my time, but nope didn't notice an invalid address.
What I did was set up some new accounts on sites I hadn't used before, watching a guide, but the guide didn't add that you needed to set up wallets, something I should have known.
Without setting up the wallet, I sent the BTC somewhere else, so in a wallet somewhere is sitting some extra BTC.
Hopefully lesson learnt, have you done a rookie mistake in crypto before?
Thank you for stopping by really appreciate it, have a fabulous Day/Evening

It is a skill to teach someone a new thing.
It surer is, I was watching a step by step silent video, plus written instructions, there was a couple of steps missing, which I should of known better, but for someone that knows nothing about btc would of done the same thing.
