Most people who are unhappy are those who believe that they are not good enough and would do anything to change that. It is a terrible thought, I know, but if you were able to give up everything that you consider negative in life, would it still be you? If so, then why would anyone want to be unhappy?
I can understand your thought process; I have tried to quit things in my life that I was unhappy about and failed. It's not easy and it does take some work. Some people find it easier to give up than others. I believe that this is a normal human trait.
Now if you are one of the people who would rather be happy than unhappy, there is another reason. Most people would rather not change than change their life for the worse. They tend to stick with what they believe in instead of changing it.
If you really want to change your life and make it better for you and others, you will have to realize that you are a miserable person at the moment. You need to look inside and find out why that is the case. This is something that will change your life for the better and help you become happier.
The sad truth is that many people are miserable and unhappy is often contagious. You may have been in a situation in your life where you were unhappy but think you are okay now because you have changed your attitude. If you are like me, it may take a while to find that out.
When I was an unhappy person, I would go out of my way to make myself happy, but when I became happy, I felt as if I was on top of the world. That is why I believe that you can become happy and stay that way.
It's important for you to realize that it is you who is responsible for making your happiness or unhappiness. If you think you are unhappy, then you are unhappy. You cannot change what is going on in your life. However, you can choose what you want to do about it and create something that makes you happy.
If you are truly happy, you will choose to be happy and not go along with the flow of life; you will do things your way and be happy. You will be happy, even when your circumstances do not work out the way you want them to.
Once you learn to make yourself happy, you will be happier and you will be healthier and more successful. In fact, you might even find that people like you will be nicer to you because you will be able to make them feel good about themselves. They will see your happiness as something that is worth trying to get.
