Happiness depends upon ourselves first and foremost. There are some people that live by the "Happiness is all around us" philosophy. If it is so easy to have Happiness, why don't people find it? Why is it that we are not as happy as others are?

When life does not seem to go the way we want it to go we get discouraged. It seems like we just cannot succeed at everything. We can't even have our dream home in the suburbs without people laughing at us. People always see us making mistakes. Then they will laugh at us again. So what do we do?
If you want to be happy all the time then you should try doing things differently. It is very easy to become unhappy with the way things are going. Everyone struggles with things in their life and it seems like things never go in the way that we want them to. There are certain things that we can do that can change our lives and make us happy.
The best thing that we can do for ourselves is to make a list of what we want in our life. We need to put ourselves in the shoes of our ideal self. This is a great way to get motivated and find out what we want our life to be like. If we write down what we want in a daily journal, we can see how we are feeling about things and what we need to change to reach our goals.
Find ways to make those things easier to achieve. Write down what you need to do to accomplish those things. If you have the money to do it then do it. If you don't have the money but you really want it then do something about it. Don't let circumstances happen to you. They will.
Happiness also depends upon our attitudes. You must believe in yourself and what you are trying to achieve. It doesn't matter what other people think or feel about it. You have to be comfortable with who you are and the results that you want to see. If you don't believe it, you won't get to where you want to go. You must believe in yourself and then you will be able to create a happy life that everyone will envy.
We are all different and this makes us all different from one another. You have to find what works best for you and what brings you the happiest feelings. If you try new things then keep trying them. over until you find something that gets you that happy.
Happy people have found their happiness through doing what is right for them and what is what works best for them. Remember that if you want to be happy then do what you have to do it now.
Things like reading are always good. This helps us to look at the world around us in a different light. When we read books, we are giving ourselves a chance to be happier. We can take a break and look at things that we might not normally think about. This might help us to see what could be causing the unhappiness in our lives and how to deal with it.
Giving and receiving are also positive things. If someone does something nice for you then you should do the same for them. When we are happy we feel loved. and appreciated. People who treat us right will be happy and it will show on our faces.
Positive attitudes make us happy. When we don't feel happy, we start to worry about something. Our bodies start to react to the things around us. It's much better to feel happy and not worry about it. When we don't worry about something then we are more likely to be optimistic about our lives.
Everyone is different and it's our job to live our lives as our ideal self. Find what is right for you and then do it. Make your mind, body and soul fit into your new and improved life. Life doesn't have to be hard, it can be easy and you can have all of the joy you want by being happy.
Happiness is within you. It’s like a hidden treasure.
