Being busy might naturally cause people to feel overburdened. Instead of giving up and throwing up your hands in disgust when you're feeling overwhelmed, learn to detect when you're about to lose it and take a break. Feel free to take a personal approach.

You alone are aware of what genuinely brings you joy. Follow your own way without worrying about criticism. Friends and relatives are important, and it's perfectly acceptable to seek their counsel when necessary, but in the end, it's up to you whether or not you heed it. Remember that each person only has one life to continue living, so live it the way you want to.
