This is my entry to a new haikucontest, on Blurt, hosted by @beelightfully. Please don't mistake the brevity of my poem for flippancy. I take haiku very seriously, and worked on this thing for a week! If you don't believe me, give haiku a go.
I bet you did! I knew you were not absent but composing. I do like it without having to add the thematic word...much more subtle and echoey. This is rather poignant! And 'whispery' is such a lovely word.
