Grocery Day

What are your plans for today? On Sundays, i usually stay home, chill, and prepare for the week ahead. It's the only day that all of us are at home. Today, we decided to go to the grocery at Robinson's Galleria. I haven't been to their grocery recently so i was quite curious of what brands they cater. The name of their grocery store is The Marketplace.

Outside the store, a solo singer was performing with a guitar. People were jamming and singing along with him. Although I cant exactly remember what he sang that time, i can tell he is really talented.

Upon entering the grocery, fresh produce greets the customers first. I'm impressed by their vegetable section because they have a unique variety. Their tomatoes are huge and they have red cabbage too. These are some varieties that i have not found in the night market where we buy our fresh produce.

My mom's favorite is the salad section. She often buys macaroni salad every time she finds it.

If your a cheese lover, you will surely love their cheese section. They have a lot of imported cheese from different countries including Switzerland and Denmark. I love cheese but not to the extent of trying expensive ones because i noticed that they taste different from processed cheese. Once i tried eating blue cheese and it left a bitter taste which I'm not so fond of.

My most favorite isle when i go to the grocery store is the coffee and tea section. I always visit this isle to check if there are new displays to add to my collection at home. One thing i like about Robinson's grocery is that they have good brands of tea that can only be bought in their store like Teapigs. I love all kinds of tea except herbal tea like malunggay and sambong tea.

We bought our essentials and finally went home.
