I had to increase the amount of Virtual Memory

Start -> Settings -> System -> About -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced [TABB]
Under Performance click [Settings]
Advanced [TABB] and click [Change] under Victual memory

Uncheck the box at the top "Automatically manage paging file size for all devices"

I used 49152 (48MB)

Finally click OK and reboot
