I have spent a lot of time playing with the quests in golem overlord and I have experience with tier 1, 2, and 3 quests so let us analyze and review to know whether the quests participations are actually beneficial for anyone playing golem overlord or not. I am going to write this blog based on my experience and so there is no guarantee of whether the same will happen with others or not.
Let me take a tier 3 quest and show you all the conditions as well as the rewards featured in it. I will share two tier 3 quest rewards here and both of these are my rewards for two consecutive tier 3 so there is not much gap between there opening.
The above conditions are easy and it gives us a scout, vista trove and scout ( rare ). Generally I have not seen the conditions so easy and so make sure you are ready for tasks where you have to attack players who are at higher ranks than yours and tasks where you have to use 35 pyrites or maybe more. Now the rewards for the quest share above can be seen below.
The only thing people might not be aware about here is the final reward which is a epic scout reward so let us take a look at what it can do and what is the market price for that scout in case we are thinking of selling this scout. You can check that below,
This scout will reduce the claim cooldown by 6% for next three claims and here you can also see that the selling price of this scout is just 0.1 hive and if you have been following me for few of my previous blogs then you will know that even a tier 2 quest with rare item are worth double or even triple of this item if sold with patience. ( Example : vial potion )
About the benefit of using it, I will ask the readers only about whether there is any use of this scout, 6% claim cooldown for 12 hour claim period will become 11.28 hours so you can get approximately the same benefit for a little less time that too if you are too punctual to claim the stash on time. I will now share another reward which is what I obtained yesterday if I am not wrong.
Here the rewards are much more valuable because pure pyrites are sold for 0.2+ hive and the other tier 3 epic item is also worth 0.23-0.5 hive which is not bad but again for a tier 3 quest where the opening takes place for around 80 shards which is equal to 0.64 hive is still not profitable for most of the case in my opinion and sometimes we also have to reset the conditions which costs us some extra items.
So collectively if you will ask me about the benefits, I will seriously say that selling the shards directly for one month has higher chances of giving you more hive compared to opening quest but the reason I still choose to open quest is because I want to find new things and I also want to support the game as I play it for a very long time now. I will not like to directly sell shards on the market.
Thank You
