Give because you want to and not because you think you have to. Don't let people trick you into giving away all of your money to crazy pastors who teach God is a genie. I say be wise about the choices you make. Sometimes, you may need to take risks in life. But I will say be mindful of the risks you take and accept failure if they come in life. My advice here goes to everyone and not just to Christians. Unlike some churches, I will not tell you that you MUST give away all of your money. You can choose if you want to give not just money but also your time, resources, talents, abilities, skills, cars, vehicles, property, land, food, wisdom, your ability to type, your ability to talk, your ability to work, your ability to smile, whatever you have to offer, whatever you have to give, whatever it may be. What you have may be unique and special to some extent. You may have things others do not to some extent. You may run into opportunities others may only dream of experiencing. I'm not saying who to give to. I'm NOT saying what to give. I'm not saying you have to give anything to churches. What I am saying is you can choose to give to family, friends, neighbors, churches, cities, countries, clubs, groups, customers, coworkers, and random people on the Internet. And I am saying giving is a blessing even if you get nothing in return for it.

High School Reunion in a Dream

In my dream, I was at a high school reunion, we were at our stadium, the football field, I was walking past the stand with the cover where most people sat. I walked by former students. One that I recognized was Ryan who I met in English 9. He was like mocking me or something. Or it may have been that people were not talking to me. Ryan was talking to people and I must have overheard and jumped into the conversation to say some random things. And I said sort of loud and I might have sang, danced, or not sure exactly but I remember sort of saying things and maybe a few times to different people. I was probably sitting down and then was on my way out to leave. A 20th anniversary reunion may happen in 2024. It has been on my mind. Ryan was the only one I can think of. It is hard to know exactly what my dream was. When I try to remember a dream like that, it can and might get contaminated with actual memories from high school itself. So, I should be careful. I am seeing Herinckx and Selena in my head, but those are more memories from my life.

2016-08-10 - 06:07 PM PST - Ruby sent me a message. She said hi. 3 hours later, I wrote, "You can find me at Anh Coffee sometimes. The address is 47 Tran Hung Dao, Q.1, HCM, near Nguyen Kim Shopping Center and also near McDonald's, Ben Thanh Market, and the park. It is also near Tuos Les Jours and a gas station." She replied that she got it. I added: "Tuition is negotiable." She wanted to know if I could she her the next day. I wrote, "tomorrow, I will come in the morning. Tomorrow night, I am busy. Do you want to see me at 8 AM in the morning?" I am not sure if I met with her or not. Maybe a few times in Saigon, Vietnam. At one time, she said she lived in Phu Nhuan. I said hello to her today. Long time no see she said. She said she hasn't used English in a while. I replied: "Toi luan luan khong noi tieng viet, ahaha, or how do I say I always never ever speak in Vietnamese."

Dog fed. Something between the new guy and the black captain. I like the confrontation. A small town. Interesting how many shows are in small towns be it Dexter New Blood, Resident Alien, Big Sky, and even Smallville. He goes to a bar. Two dollar bill. Fight. He goes back to grab gloves. He goes 70 on a road and rides to a random barn and jumps out into a field. He was being chased and they didn't know he was hiding in the tall grass. He sneaks up in the dark as it rains and shoots them. Oh, there is some man in the trunk. This was a thrilling scene.

I disagree with what Joe Rogan said in this video. Say what you want to say. People will always say they are offended by what you said, be it the word nigger or bad words or cunt or whatever. You will be taken out of context. I've been taken out of context. It happens.
Anna, but America influences the world. So, it may not be the only country, but it is a nation that drives global culture and politics is downstream from culture. I agree, the United States is not the only country but it does rub off, good or bad, on the rest of the world.

It looks like Joe Rogan removed at least the part where he said he was like on the Planet of the Apes when he arrived in Africa which is a funny thing to say and I would say it too. Videos were removed off Spotify and I don't know if Joe did it or if staff did it or what. I disagree with removing content like that. But not to say Joe can't if he wants to as he can do what he wants. But I wouldn't. And the Internet still has copies of what was removed. The Internet may not always have copies of everything on the Internet but the bigger the thing then the higher the probability it does have copies that were in fact mirrored all over the place.

John Hagee - Cornerstone Church LIVE 11am on Sunday February 6th 2022
God bless Ruth who was living in South Korea and applied probably in January of 2022 and was able to fly into America to be part of the service at Cornerstone in Texas in the United States in February of 2022. I think Matt said it took around 10 days to be approved and then she flew in and was here this Sunday. I think her English name is Ruth. I am not sure how long she will be in America. I would hope she can stay forever. It was a blessing seeing her shinny face, those stories are amazing. Also, I enjoy seeing the praise band. Some people may not like larger churches and I would agree that some may have problems. But I really love big churches even as I would usually only go to churches with under a thousand people and most often under 500 people most of my life. I've been to churches with over a thousand maybe ten total Sundays or less out of my almost 37 years of life. Again, I can talk all day about problems that larger churches can have. But that does not mean larger churches are always bad. And different churches and denominations and people and groups can have different teachings which may be better or worse and it is good to debate doctrine and everything. But at the same time, come together. One problem is larger churches can have less accountability, discipleship, mentorship, apprenticeship, transparency, small groups or cell groups. But they get people which is a good starting point. I am not saying it is all about how many people go. But you want as many people as possible. The problem is when some of the larger churches compromises too much on doctrines or what have you in order to get more people to come. So, the conclusion is you need to balance it as much as possible. Smaller churches can be hypocrites when they say they are so good because they are small. And a small church can be a family or an accountability small group in smaller cities and what have you. But you should be open to grow. But don't try too hard to grow or not grow is my philosophy. Some churches try too hard to stay too small or too big. And I love smaller churches and bigger churches too. People point to teachings and doctrines found at larger churches which may be too bad or what have you. And some do. It comes in degrees. It comes in stages. Some may be very bad and some not as bad. I am not going to talk right now about all of the problems smaller churches can have or especially regarding the bigger churches or Mega Churches. But I will mention another major issue is when churches both small and big teach excessive obsession over the idea of turning God into a Genie towards Forced Prosperity. Pastors say, "Give me money, tithe ten percent or more, and God will bless you with more money tomorrow, right now, you will get tenfold or thousands of dollars in five minutes from now after you give me all your money. So, give me all your money right now and do not ask me what I will do with it. And God will give you money. God will wire money to your phone in 3 seconds right from Heaven." Well, I am joking to an extent. But my point is some pastors say this kind of thing. I believe giving can be good. I believe God can bless people. But I also believe in nuance. I believe it depends. I believe you can give not just money but also your time, talents, resources, words, encouragement, abilities, skills, wisdom, property, land, house, whatever you got, whatever you can give, etc. I say pray about it. I say read the Bible and think about it. I say think about it long and hard. I say God can press you to act to the extent you are aligned with Him. If you give a pastor too much money, will God give you double the money tomorrow? I say I do not know. I say you should not give in order to get twice back. That is the wrong thinking. I can talk all day about this but will stop now. I say that to say some churches may teach the Prosperity Gospel which may include that line of thinking. Larger churches can promote this. I say not all of the larger churches do. But it is good to understand all of this. It is good to be around other believers sometimes. Think about it. Ask others for advice.

Silly movie. I skimmed through it in a few minutes. It is interesting to an extent but is not a groundbreaking story. When Angela recklessly spends all their rent money on a surprise trip to the beach for her girlfriend Jessie's 17th birthday, the two high school drop outs think scraping by this month will be as easy as picking up some extra shifts at the diner... Or so they thought. The two lovers embarked on an adventure to come up with the money and will stop at nothing till they make it to the beach.

Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 09:05 AM. See Dream Log. Made my bed, hat to reset it. New water jug, this one not totally full. But they normally are and asked about it. Not a problem. Breakfast, 09:53 AM. Lunch, 12:30 PM. Since I slept in, missed the L ride and stayed home, no Sunday School Log, No church, no sermon unless if John Hagee counts as seen and noted above in my blog. Spent my afternoon doing compost, recycling, dishes, and most of the time for several hours I was cleaning, sorting, going through plastic bags, a variety of bags, all from the white food eating meal cabinet where I stash them normally since like 2018, and I spent most of my time actually beyond that sorting batteries, testing batteries. I first divided them up into types or sizes being five size which are AAA, AA, C, D, and 9-volt. And I tested around 5 of the 9 volts on my clock but they didn't work. I also sorted AA batteries by Duracell, Energizer, and other. Among those, I divided those up between full or green, yellow, red top or medium charging power under yellow after and above the letter C in the word REPLACE on the battery tester display board, low or under C and down to almost the first letter which is R, that is around 25% to 50%, and the rest is called Broken or I changed that to Dead. I will continue sorting later. I may also divide up batteries that are Alkaline. I know Duracell is Alkaline but will keep them separate. But Alkaline might be rechargeable or there may be certain types that can be even if they do not say rechargeable. Reminds me of my end of the year 9th grade science project in high school, made a board, talked about testing batteries. But I faked it and made up numbers. Dinner, 06:25 PM. Food log: Breakfast: 4 tangerines, coffee, 09:53 AM. Lunch: chicken, 12:30 PM. Dinner: soup, tomatoes, maybe a few other things too, 06:25 PM.
