Eggplant Bounty
Look at this garden bounty!
This all came from some eggplant seeds we planted. Eggplants are perennials and are a high-calorie meat substitute.
All this came from mature plants and one seed packet.
Make sure to harvest them as soon as they are ready, or they will sap the plant of energy to produce. I am happy with this plant.
