Working in the orchard during the fall and winter. [ENG/ESP]

The work in the garden is one of my favorites, especially in spring, autumn and early winter.

At the end of winter and beginning of spring the soil must be prepared by enriching it with nutrients (I use homemade compost, made by myself, and which I told you about preparing it for planting. This is the ideal period since the soil is in full rest.

Remove the soil, add the compost, rake it to remove weeds and smooth it for the future seedlings, some inside the greenhouse and others in the open air.

Los trabajos en la huerta son unos de mis preferidos, especialmente en primavera, otoño e inicios se invierno.

A fin del invierno e inicios de primavera se debe preparar la tierra enriqueciándola con nutrientes (yo uso el compostaje casero, hecho por mi mismo, y del cuál les hablé ) preparándola para la siembra. Es el período ideal ya que la tierra está en pleno reposo.

Remover la tierra, agregarle el compostaje, rastrillarla para eliminar las hierbas y alisarla para los futuros almácigos, algunos dentro del invernadero y otros a cielo abierto.
