New growth

Monsoon is the season of growth and now our plants have started to grow new leaves and branches. It makes us happy as our plants were stressed from the high temperatures in summer.

Monsoon is cool, warm, wet, humid and this encourages the plants to grow new shoots. Rain water has nitrogen and other stuff that strengthens the plants and encourages growth.

We had some cuttings that we were hoping would start rooting and grow into plants but unfortunately the rain and a harsh summer caused them to rot away. I am a bit sad but that's part of this life.
