The garden is looking full of edIbles right now. Here are a few not so featured in the greenhouse.
The strawberries are going crazy! And I just hope am here for a few of the ripe ones and don’t just miss them. I’m definitely going To miss most stuff. I’m taking a few chard seeds back with me though as we just started planting them.
There is some ruhbarb
Some little gooseberries
More mint than anyone could no what to do with! If only the other herbs would grow as fast as this 😂.

I’ve been doing a bit of work today in between the rain including strimming the front lawn and spray painting some of the decoration flowers along with some other jobs. Wish I had taken some before and after pics as the bank was really quite out of contRol when I started. It’s really nice to just spend a bit of time detoxing, at least mostly from being online and getting out in nature. Today’s been raining though so it’s given me time to make some raw cakes and get some posts and pictures ready from the day before yesterday at the coast.

Everything looks delicious, like you could walk around just eating from your garden. Thinking... gooseberry and mint mojitos at yours? With some of @petrapurple's mango wasabi hand rolls, well.... yum.

I’ve never tried with gooseberry not sure it’s my fave fruit as I don’t eat sugar but maybe I could get away with a dash of maple syrup.
I have a sort of movktail version now of half a lemon juiced, mint, cucumber and cold water mmm
