Flowers on the way

This was a few days ago when my friend had visited me and we were all over the city. It's been such a wonderful sightseeing, flowers everywhere we went. It's the flower season so but obviously we would see it all around the place. But one thing good about Muscat is that there is lot of effort put on beautification of the city. At all the round abouts, there are flower beds and the area covered is big. It looks very scenic driving through these roads. I have never been able to click the pictures at the round abouts because there is no provision to park in these areas, and in the passing pictures do not come out very good. A friend of mine who once visited me from India, asked me, does anyone ever walk in this city :-) There are ample walking paths and people do walk for fitness in these places but yes, on the roads you will find very less people walking which generally in India is very common.
