Hi everyone hope you all doing well, i was doing some random game searching on steam today when suddenly i found a game called freeride(not a riding game) and this game claimed to be both a game and a personalty test.
(game still in beta and only act 1 available)
Except that you probably won't do the same things in a game and in real life i think it's a Wonder full idea so i tried it and since it's FREE and (spoiler) i found the game cool. I will share it today here on hive.
Let's start the "testing" note that my run took ~40 minutes to complete and there are 4 differents way to end the game so if you are "speedrunning" the game it will only take ~2h40min, there are a lot of hidden secret room you can find too. Let's start the game and describe a bit the gameplay ect.
Something that could be a bad point is there only 2 language French and English, but at that moment there is a little tutorial explaining you the basics w,a,s,d (up,left,right,down) z(open you phone, your menu) and some other button on your mouse i will let you discover. I absolutely LOVE the graphics but this style of graphics isn't loved by everyone so judge them by yourself.
To explain the 5 first minutes of gameplay you will receive a call on your phone (z) and a puppy will arrive and at the same time a train will arrive, this situation is probably made to see with what you will interact quicker (remember this is a personality test). After doing all the story you will be able to interact with a "spirit that will give you your results.
Before to share the results let me share my rating for the game :
controls : 9/10 graphics : 8,5/10
gameplay : 7,5/10 Maps : 9/10
npc : 8,5/10 originality : 9/10
overall : 8,6/10
Each of the character in the game are unique and live there life in the game world, you can interact with everything and the 3D map is really complete with a lot of passages in différents place.
After some pages you will get your results but before that you will get some personal stats and those stats compared to all the player stats.
And finally you get your results.
