Moliyo was a Chinese game development company belonging to the CASH Holdings group, known for having released King of Pirates (Tales of Pirates Online) their most successful game, Black Conspiracy Online, Tank King Online Curse Online, Dragon Tiger Gate Online, Magic Festival (Runes of Magic), Tales of Ocean Fantasy, Superhero. They had their own graphics engine called 'MindPower', which was used to create these games.
Moliyo was not only a developer, but also a publisher, they had a partnership with ESTsoft to distribute Cabal Online in China until 2009, but in addition to not renewing the contract, Moliyo continued to operate the game and decided to develop Cabal 2 without the permission of developer ESTsoft, so it was sued, then in 2011 it lost in court and was forced to pay $473,000 to Korean ESTsoft and close the Cabal server, while still developing Cabal 2.
After the lawsuit, Moliyo lost any rights to distribute games or grant licenses to distribute their games to third parties. After 3 years they went into judicial recuperation and sold all intellectual property and equipment in an auction, since then Moliyo no longer exists.
